With over three decades of experience in education, my career began in 1992 and has taken me across different countries, systems, and roles. These experiences have given me a deep appreciation of the diverse ways people approach learning and teaching.

In recent years, I’ve stepped outside the traditional classroom setting to explore alternative pathways in education. Each week, I have the privilege of speaking with parents who have made the courageous decision to seek alternatives for their children—exploring personalized, flexible, and creative ways to help them thrive.
